Inter-Club Nude Pickleball Tournament

All contestants must complete the Activity Liability Waiver Form. This form can be uploaded with your on-line registration below or mailed with your entry fee payment to Pine Tree Associates, 1801 Hawkins Road, Annapolis, MD 21401.

Lodging at Pine Tree is limited so make your reservation early. There are numerous hotels and motels in convenient proximity to the club. Please see our General Information Sheet for suggestions.
